Webcam & Phone Cam Privacy Covers

Custom Webcam Privacy Covers for Cybersecurity Awareness and Employee Onboarding

A branded webcam privacy cover is a cybersecurity awareness tool that sits visibly on every laptop in the organization, reinforcing a data privacy message every time someone opens their computer. IT security teams distribute custom covers during cybersecurity awareness month and phishing prevention campaigns. Employee onboarding coordinators include them in new-hire tech kits alongside badges and device setup instructions, making camera privacy a default from day one rather than something the employee has to think about later.

This collection includes sliding webcam covers for laptops, swivel-open designs, metal and plastic construction options, privacy covers with attached screen cleaner pads, data blocker kits, and tech tattoo sticker sheets with multiple cover designs per sheet. Full-color imprint and Quick Ship options are available on most items.

Common Questions About Custom Webcam Privacy Covers

What is a webcam privacy cover and how does it work?
A webcam privacy cover is a thin sliding or swivel panel that attaches over a laptop camera lens. When closed, it physically blocks the camera. When open, the camera functions normally. The cover stays in place permanently once applied and does not interfere with closing the laptop lid.

Are privacy covers available with a screen cleaner attachment?
Yes. Combo models on this page include a microfiber screen cleaner pad built into the cover body. The recipient gets a privacy tool and a screen cleaner in one item, which increases daily use and keeps your branded cover visible on the laptop.

Which privacy cover formats work for employee onboarding kits?
Sliding plastic covers are the most practical for onboarding kits because they fit most laptop models, apply in seconds with an adhesive strip, and cost little enough to include in every new-hire package regardless of department or role.

Can tech tattoo sticker sheets carry a custom logo?
Yes. Sticker sheets include multiple webcam cover stickers on a single branded sheet, giving the recipient several covers to use across devices. These are the most affordable option for high-volume distribution at awareness events and training sessions. Call 800.378.6376 to discuss sticker sheet options and minimum quantities for your program.
