Beach Mats & Tents

Custom Beach Mats and Sun Shelters for Outdoor Wellness Events and Staff Recognition

A wellness program coordinator planning a summer outdoor health fair needs a functional take-home that connects to an active outdoor message; a beach mat or a straw-lined tote mat is something participants carry to the beach or park and use all season. At the other end of this shelf, a hospital recognition lead selecting a milestone gift for a staff member who camps, hikes, or spends weekends at the beach finds a pop-up sun shelter or a portable beach tent a gift that fits that person's actual life. Health Promotions Now sends free samples to businesses and organizations so buyers can compare beach mat formats and shelter styles before placing an order for a wellness event or recognition program.

The mat end of the shelf includes straw-lined beach mats, a tote-and-mat combo that folds into a carrying bag, and a cabana-style beach mat in a compact format. The shelter end includes pop-up beach tents in A-frame and dome configurations, a day tripper sun shelter, and the Basecamp brand camping tent for a recognition gift with a name the recipient recognizes. Two items carry the QuickShip designation for programs where the order window is tight.

Common Questions About Custom Beach Mats and Sun Shelters

What beach mat formats are available for an outdoor wellness event giveaway?
The mat formats include a straw-lined beach mat, a tote-and-mat combo that folds into a carrying bag, and a cabana beach mat. For an outdoor wellness event take-home where the participant will carry the item from the event to the beach or park, a compact mat that folds into a tote or carrying bag is the most practical format. Call 800.378.6376 for a recommendation based on your event format and distribution method.

How are beach mats and sun shelters decorated with an organization logo?
Decoration options vary by format. Beach mats typically accept a screen-printed or woven imprint on the mat surface or a tag attached to the carry bag. Pop-up tents and sun shelters accept imprinting on the canopy panel, which gives a large visible surface at an outdoor event. The product page confirms the decoration method, minimum order, and setup requirements for each item. Call 800.378.6376 to discuss the best approach for your specific item and event timeline.

What is the difference between a beach mat and a pop-up sun shelter for a wellness program order?
A beach mat is a flat, portable take-home item that the participant carries from the event and uses at the beach or park. A pop-up sun shelter or beach tent is a larger structure the organization might use at the event itself or give as a recognition gift to a staff member who spends time outdoors. For a large-quantity wellness event giveaway, a beach mat is the practical format. For a milestone recognition gift for a staff member who camps or spends time at the beach, a pop-up tent is a more elevated choice. Call 800.378.6376 if you are deciding between the two for a specific program context.

Our wellness team is choosing between a straw beach mat and a pop-up tent for an outdoor health event order and needs to show the program lead both options before committing. Can we get samples?
Yes, and you do not have to decide between them first. Add a beach mat, a tote-and-mat combo, and a pop-up tent to your sample basket from the individual product pages, or call 800.378.6376 and a specialist will pull a set for the team to compare. What arrives gives the program lead actual items to evaluate before the event order is confirmed. Free samples ship to a business or organization address. Visit the Health Promotions Now sample basket to start your review.

What if we need beach mats or sun shelters for an outdoor event coming up in a few weeks?
Two items on this shelf carry the QuickShip designation and ship faster than standard production items. Decorated formats add production lead time beyond the ship date. Call 800.378.6376 with your event date and the item you are considering; a specialist can confirm availability and advise on the fastest path to a decorated beach mat or tent for your timeline.
